“We recently bought a house with a 10 year old pool and spa and are first-time pool owners. There was some initial confusion about when they were scheduled for our first visit, and then more confusion about ordering parts and the follow-up visit; but the owner and entire crew showed up at the next visit (and all subsequent visits for awhile) until we got everything worked out. Eric (owner) was very attentive and knowledgeable and took all the time we needed to show us how things worked and what might need attention (pumps, heaters, solar panels, etc.) And Jimmy (tech) spent hours repairing and replacing leaky or broken valves, pool lights, and fixed the pump so that it operates more efficiently. We are very happy and feel very comfortable with Clermont Pools and look forward to continued visits and advice!”
