“Amazing ability to listen to our likes/dislikes and put together a doable project. We did a complete remodel of the kitchen, bath and dining area - to the exterior walls, ceiling and floors. We stopped at the "Big Box Stores" and weren't happy with their knowledge and ability to vision a solution. Building an addition was not an option yet Denna was able to present solutions for our wants: tile walk-in shower with glass door, oversize fridge, new cabinets with soft close features and quality products. We don't even have to seal our tile grout. She worked well with the contractors, was responsive to our questions and fixed any small issue immediately. We wouldn't change one thing!!!!!”

“I hired design Tec to do a complete kitchen and dining room demolition and renovation. The quoted prices were accurate and fair and there was no cost overruns. This was a kitchen remodel of a 60 year old home, so basically everything was taken down to the bare studs and rebuilt up to modern building codes. Dwain and his team always arrived on time and kept me well informed of progress, status updates, etc. Even better, after the job was completed, about 6 months later we had a minor issue with a wood cabinet door warping. Dwain personally handled the warranty repair with the cabinet maker, and replaced the door in a timely matter. All I had to do was make one call to Design Tec, and they handled it. Support after the job is done is so important. Many contractors will take the money and run, but Design Tec stood behind their work and made me a very satisfied customer. Needless to say, my new kitchen is amazing! From the ceiling cabinet mounding to the new wood flooring they installed, everything is high end quality and have had no issues since. I would sincerely recommend Dwain and Design Tec for a remodel.”
