“We hired The Buckingham Group to design and build a garage addition to our home in the country. We were not living in the home so it was imperative that we find someone who was professional, reliable, and trustworthy. From start to finish, it was a joy working with Ed Kaplan and The Buckingham Group. He was responsive to our needs and desires in the design phase and innovative in the solutions proposed. The building phase was remarkable. ON TIME, within budget, and professionally efficient. The Buckingham Group gave us a calendar so we knew what was happening every day, and as we visited the site they were right on schedule. Ed was very responsive to any concerns we raised and we were extremely satisfied with the result. We have received periodic calls during the past eight months from The Buckingham Group since completion to check with us and make sure we are fully satisfied with the work completed. We highly recommend The Buckingham Group.”

“We retained Rogers & Associates to perform a significant remodeling project on our home. This remodel added 1,100 square feet including a new master bedroom and bathroom, laundry and utility room, new kitchen and significant expansion of the living room. Outside, the landscape was completely redesigned, an outdoor kitchen installed, and flagstone walkways created throughout. Glen Rogers' integrity is beyond reproach and the quality of the craftsmanship far exceeded our expectations.”

“Dana built our custom home, from working on the design with us and the the architect (W Design - very good) for 3 months through final construction. Dana is a professional and excels at designing interior spaces, ongoing communication, and working to get things right. My deciding factor with choosing her was #1 I felt I could trust her most to shoot me straight (and just trust overall), and 2) her talent and eye for design. She delivered on both of those. She also went out of her way to make things right when things went sideways with a contractor. I would leave five stars, but there were a couple of critical missteps that I think were mostly driven by 1) a lack of field tested contractors (some were, some were not) and 2) rushing at the end to finish for the Parade of Homes. With that said, I believe Dana builds beautiful homes, is trustworthy, and is a joy to get to know and work with. And we love our home.”

“Pro was professional and timely. Jeff explained all points of the project clearly and let me know what to expect. Jeff had great coordination across all the trades involved with my simultaneous bathroom renovations. Jeff was an excellent communicator with me as the different phases of the project where completed. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the outcome of my bathroom renovations! “Powers Design and Build has done extensive work on my 1920's home for the past 10 years such as kitchen remodel, attic remodel and addition, master bathroom and closet remodel and most recently a pool room and a pool addition. Every time I chose Powers because of the quality of the work, his knowledge of current trends and market conditions, the liveable designs, friendly personality, knowledge about his business, the attention to detail, his excellent advice from decorating to entertaining and his flexability during the process.
