“I couldn’t have been more pleased with the work, the cost, and the professionalism I received from Dan at Express Plumbers. I am a 25 year old, first time home owner, who fell into some unexpected home owner ‘woes’ shortly after closing on my house. I was very worried about being taken advantage of by a plumber because of my ignorance to the work needed. Here are my observations: Dan responded very promptly to my email, he was so nice and by far the most accommodating to my work schedule, after the first visit I felt 100% comfortable leaving a key for him (as my to-do list was extensive), and most importantly all the repairs that he performed were effective, neat, and resolved the issue. It’s so important that I have a contact I can reach out to incase of emergency and Dan has been reliable at providing his sincere advice via phone, text and email. I’ve also trusted his referrals for non-plumbing work and they have all been successful. This is the first review I’ve written for any kind of service, but I felt it important that I share about my experience and the high level of integrity it was delivered at.”
