“We hired BG Land Custom Construction to completely renovate our ski cabin. We are very happy with the reno and we had a great experience working with Brent and his crew. Brent was always very patient and was available to meet whenever I had questions. He was flexible when I changed things as we went along and allowed me to feel like I was a part of the process. Brent kept me on track with budget and his work is high quality with attention to detail. BG Land used high quality trades people and we were happy with everyone’s work. I felt like Brent was treating our cabin like it was his own, and that made us feel very secure and comfortable working with him. I would certainly recommend BG Land again, and in fact, we have since hired him to build our dream home.”

“Gary was very easy to work with during the construction of our new home. His knowledge and experience was an asset and given the fact that our lot was somewhat difficult to build on, he embraced the challenge. Green Emerald uses the latest technology in their construction, which makes for a very energy efficient home. Gary is prompt to deal with any issues that arise, he he follows through on his commitments. We lived on the west coast during the construction phase, but this did not pose a problem as the lines of communication were always open.”
