“Dec. 3, 2012 Dear Les, The new columns and railings look great! We had been planning to replace the columns and add handrails for quite a while but it took us forever to get to it. When I asked my daughter-in-law (who is a realtor) for a recommendation, with a moment's hesitation she recommended you. We are so glad she did. Your promptness was the first good sign, and from the first drawings to the completion of the project everything went smoothly. One other thing that really impressed my husband and me was that you always returned phone calls and emails right away, and I don't have to tell you how rare that is among contractors. “We had a great experience with Joseph and his team when we had them renovate and add a master suite and office to our house. He communicated throughout the entire process and worked with all the engineers, inspectors, and mechanical contractors. “The ladies at L & M are wonderful! They are extremely easy to work with and even through the experience of your home being torn apart and in disarray, you feel like every detail is being taken care of completely. They think of everything at every step of the process. This was my first experience using a designer, and I was amazed at how well they observed my home, my tastes, my style (which I had no idea what "style" I was, as it seemed like I liked many). They listened carefully to my ideas, my concerns, my likes and dislikes. When they came back with their design ideas to present to me, they'd nailed it on the head! I loved every single thing and noticed how they incorporated my likes & favorite things into the total look. They also made me feel totally comfortable talking to them about any little concern. I absolutely love what they transformed my home into. I would use them again in a heartbeat!”
