“I want to let everyone know how wonderful it was working with Mike Hill and CCH. Soon after buying a house, we found out my elderly father would be coming to live with us and needed a first floor bedroom. The house we bought did not have that, but did have two rooms that could be turned into a small master suite. I contacted Mike and from the very beginning he was great to work with. Even rearranging his work schedule to accommodate our time crunch. He listened to what we wanted and needed and made suggestions to help keep the costs down. Mike touched base with us all along the process to let us know how things were progressing and to make sure we were always on the same page. Remodels can be very stressful, but it was a pleasure working with Mike. Most importantly, the finished product is beautiful! After friends tell us how beautiful it is, their next comment is always that it looks as though it was always part of the house and not a remodel. Not sure there is a bigger compliment they could give Mike or us. Thanks Mike. We couldn’t be happier.”

“Amanda has been wonderful to work with. Right from the beginning, she took the time to listen to our needs and gave us a design that we asked for. We did not need to go through a lot of editing - just simple tweaks which she made quickly. I think her pricing is fair (seems like it would have been much more if I would have gone through a large firm - and would have taken longer) and I believe we received quality work. The contractors we have used to bid out our work have had very few questions, which makes me believe that she delivers a complete package.”

There were no hiccups with our renovation, no surprise fees or charges--and the work is gorgeous. Little details were added without any management or recommendation on our end and changes we wanted were done promptly. “Called Nathan after researching other reviews for some repair on outside trim work. A relatively small job which is often the hardest to get help with. He came out quickly, gave a fair estimate, completed the job and then even charged less than the estimate. Hard to find professional service like this anymore. “1st Choice Cabinetry is a top notch kitchen remodel company. They have the highest quality work ethic. We wanted a complete kitchen remodel that included structural changes and adding a mudroom. Russell took care of it all for us. He patiently helped us no matter how many changes we made. When the project actually started he provided us with a timeline and kept to it. The site was always cleaned up at the end of the day. Anytime we had questions Russell was prompt in getting back to us. The cabinets are built well and were installed with great care. The complete remodel turned out better than we imagined.”

“We were referred to Amy to design the new home that we were planning to build. This was going to be our dreamhouse, so understanding our vision was critical. From the first time we sat down with her, it was clear that she understood what we wanted. She worked with us through the process, walking us through the various steps and helping us understand what would work for us. Working thorugh the changes we wanted to the initial design was easy and with each edit she got closer and closer. Within a few weeks of engaging her we had the final plans - and it was exactly our vision. We are now living in the house and it is perfect! She is easy to work with, accomodating, and really listens to what her customer wants. the most important part is that she delivers a final product that was wonderful!”
