“We needed a landscape to make a three generation family happy: a play area, an adult retreat, a gardening area, and night time gathering place. Promised Path completed more than 1200 man hours of landscaping in five and a half weeks installing drainage, a three foot high retaining wall more than 75 feet long, a water and fire feature, front and rear landscaping and lighting, sidewalks and patios made with concrete and pavers, veggie boxes, and sprinkler system. Our landscaping has been described by friends as park-like, peaceful, useful, and tasteful. “Nato Vargas and his team did extensive drainage work for us in 2014. This involved taking down the soil level 4 inches in the back garden, digging and installing several french drains and a sump pump. Since then we've had no water accumulation during subsequent rainy seasons, protecting our foundation. The drainage works perfectly!
Nato and team have come back twice, in 2017 and 2020, to repair and stain our back garden fence, resurface the gold fine decomposed granite paths, install a new mail box, replace a garden gate and build a wood shelter for our recology bins. Nato and his team do beautiful work!”
