“We hired Quinlan and Company for a complete kitchen remodel the whole area was completely gutted, with major changes to the floor plan requiring wall installation and support beam issues. We could not give them a higher recommendation they exceeded our expectations. They took care of every aspect of the remodel and kept the area nice neat on a daily basis. The kitchen is still our favorite room in the house and the quality of work speaks for itself by everyone that has seen the remodel. We also found their price quote to be the best price for the amount of work needed.”

“This company installed two honed marble counter tops and provided the travertine stone tiles for my kitchen and hall floors and the honed marble subway tiles for the back splash. They spent an incredible amount of time with me up front, showing me various slabs they had for other customers to help me narrow down exactly what I wanted. They also allowed me to help decide how to cut the slab once the latter was in the shop. They spent a great deal of time selecting the connecting pieces so that they matched up well with the main countertop pieces. They were great to work with.”

“My husband and I are extremely pleased with the wonderful experience we have had so far with RIKB. We are moving from the designing stage into the ordering process. So technically we still have a few more weeks before we begin the actual renovation of our kitchen. If the rest of the process goes as well as it has, we will be posting another rave review. They take you from the design of your project through to it's final conception. Their staff is pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. “Once Upon A Tile is by far the best tile store in Eastern or Central Mass. It has a huge selection, the lowest prices, and the most helpful staff of any place I went. And I went to plenty! While looking for tile for a small bathroom renovation, I looked at every tile store I could find in the western Boston suburbs all the way west to Fitchburg, more than 20 stores in all. I am a very indecisive shopper and I went to OUAT at least 8 times, sometimes staying the whole afternoon. Every time, without exception, the sales people were friendly and went out of their way to help me find just what I was looking for. The owner, Jeannie, is fabulous. Once she understands what you want, she dashes off and returns with yet another incredible tile sample. Best of all, she tells you what she really thinks, instead of just trying to sell you whatever you seem to like. I did have to return some tile (I should have listened to Jeannie), and they made the process completely painless. I cannot praise this store enough. Best shopping experience of the entire remodeling process.”
