“We were more then pleased with our experience! Michelle arrived as scheduled, after touring the house and seeing the windows that needed to be addressed, Michelle made several suggestions of products that would work based on our style and level of privacy and/or darkness we were looking to attain. She had sample books with her, so we could see how each product and color would work in each room. I placed my order that day. The installer arrived several weeks later, installed the blinds quickly and he cleaned up after himself! The top down bottom up blinds were the best suggestion ever, the options for privacy are excellent. It was a five star experience for sure!”

“Hal from Window-ology came to install our plantation shutters and cellular blinds today in our home. We'd ordered them online and the measurements were wrong (not through Window-ology) and Hal saved the today. He was incredibly positive and solutions-oriented in helping us make a quick decision in how to move forward with an expensive error by providing practical options for an imperfect situation - we were sure a lot calmer in the midst of a mini-crisis thanks to him! Communication was also incredibly quick which we highly value - I emailed them in the evening and received a call first thing the next morning, they called to confirm, and showed up right on time as promised, which is huge when others in the industry don't. Can't wait for Hal to come back and install more shutters/blinds at our new home!”

“Exceptional quality product and service! The owners are very accommodating - you can order custom made dimensions and play with the shapes. They will let you take standard configuration valances and drapes and try it in your house to check if colors work. They will advise how best to scale up or down depending on the size of your windows. And you can order matching pillows, comforters and etc. Highly reccommend to have a look at the fabrics - pictures cannot capture all the beauty. You will never find anything close in the department stores. Overall - excellent product and excellent experience!”

I had QMotion blinds installed on ~20 windows, some of which were massive. Additionally there were technical complexities because of the design of the windows. Their partnership with the contractor was professional and inclusive. “My husband and I recently bought a 1914 house, and we wanted to gain a fuller understanding of (1) how energy efficient (or not) the house already was, and (2) what we could do to lower some of our utility bills. James and his crew did a blower door test, a duct leakage test, and a thermal imaging inspection. The results were fascinating and incredibly helpful! The thermal imaging in particular revealed some issues that we never would have known about otherwise. James was professional and knowledgeable, offering clear guidance regarding what our next steps should be to make our home more energy efficient.
