“I was extremely satisfied with the work done in the fireplace. Worker was masked, took off shoes when entered and explained the price for the fan and how it would operate. He cleaned all items in fireplace, vacuumed the screens and cleaned the windows and put the logs back correctly. He was very careful spreading his tools and equipment on a protected cover he had brought. I rate the visit a five star.”

Craft Stove's cost of material and labor was very competitive. Both projects were completed on schedule. Installers were very knowledgeable and professional.”

“I was the overall project manager and Director of Engineering for a large road reconstruction project in View Royal, BC, Canada. I had the pleasure of working with Andreas and Naomi in 2010/2011 as they created a wonderful rock mural on a large retaining wall at the side of the main road project. I was immensely impressed with the ability of such a talented artist as Andreas to work within a noisy construction site while keeping his focus and producing such a fantastic work of art. All of the construction workers and the general public were able to see this wonderful creation take form, and Andreas was very engaging with the passers-by that wanted to "meet the artist". Andreas and Naomi completed their part of the project on time and within budget. The rock mural is unquestionably the best public art that has ever been created in the Victoria area. “We have been Anderson Fireplace and Spas customers for over 10 years. Our first pellet stove (Enviro "Empress") was adequate, but was not very reliable. I wish the salesperson at the time would've talked us into what we have now, as we've had to spend $$$ to repair it the last three years. We finally decided to put what we would've spend on repair bills towards a new stove. Someone told me that Lopi stoves are the best, and are also made locally, so we wouldn't have to wait for parts to come in (like the last stove). Rod hooked us up and we are very pleased! The staff there is always friendly and helpful when I've bought pellets in the past and I would never think of buying them anywhere else.”

“We shopped and purchased a propane fireplace from Monroe Fireplace and Stove. We were wide open with choices when we went in, but left happy with our choice. We got a custom copper screen that is just beautiful! The company installed it in a timely manner, thank goodness. We were is a very hard winter with a 5x7 hole in the livingroom to the outside. They worked with us doing some of the construction and advised us alone the way.”
