The first meeting setup was quick, there was no pressure and I felt that I’m dealing with a professional with a wide experience right away. After the first meeting with Yair the company G.C, the office has scheduled a second meeting with the company interior designer that helped us to creat on a 3D the beautiful kitchen that we were dreaming about. The construction phase was smooth as possible for a project on this scale and I was always comfortable in the process knowing that Yair will be able to handle any obstacle that may arise. The kitchen we have today is a masterpiece and you see the love and attention in every detail in the room. “DRC did an incredible job building a detached studio/home office for us this fall. We didn't know anything about construction, and we weren't sure exactly what we wanted or how to approach the project. Vincent and Cuco came to the property and helped us design and place a structure that was exactly what we needed and that could be built quickly while staying strictly within county guidelines. The project started almost immediately, and they finished in just over a month! The crews were always polite, kept our property neat, and everyone really seemed to take pride in the final product. Our new studio gives us a beautiful space, a whole new area of our yard that was unusable before, and will add value to our property. We can't say enough good things about DRC -- would hire them again in a heartbeat!”

“We have worked with Patricia Brennan Architects on 4 different projects of varying scale - from a kitchen/bathroom remodel to the transformation of a 4-story derelict warehouse into an AIA award winning building of artist live/work spaces. Each experience has left us with a deep appreciation for the work she does and how she does it. Patricia listens closely - she listens to the physical space of the project and she listens to the desires and needs of her clients. She engages in a collaborative dialogue at the outset of a project and continues the dialogue until the project is complete. She has an amazing sense of color, a wide range of knowledge about all kinds of materials (from lighting to flooring and everything in between) and she provides recommendations for high quality professionals and reliable contractors. “Zia Construction has our highest recommendation! Adam and Fred came out to our place in North Bend last year to build a new deck for us. Their craftsmanship was excellent, plus they are great people to work with! We liked their work so much that after finishing the deck we had them back a second time for another project, which was to refurbish our existing deck to match the railing style of the deck they had just finished. Great work, and well worth the cost (which was very reasonable)! Will have them back again for our next project.”

“We hired Group Architect for our major remodel/2nd story addition of our mid-century modern home and worked with the two owners, Brian and Scott. We were extremely impressed by their knowledge of building codes (our house is in an ECA zone), design and material ideas, communication skills (with ourselves and our contractor) and professional manner. They were very responsive to our ideas, requests and many questions. It was very important to Brian, Scott and ourselves that the completed home maintain some of its original character and style and not look like it was an add on, while adding many modern elements. The project was a huge success. We would highly recommend Group Architect.”

“I’m an Architect who hired NRC to complete a complicated whole-house remodel on my 1902 home. Architects are likely some of the scariest clients for a General Contractor and NRC performed admirably and professionally. The level of craftsmanship is outstanding and I always felt like their team truly cared for the project and went out of their way to make things spectacular. They have an eye for detail, were always appropriately flexible (as any good general contractor should be), and provided an outstanding value. I have lived in the house now for several years and can strongly recommend them.”
