“My family and I pooled our money together to get me a new condominium in Reseda, CA. We got it for an incredibly good price, but it needed extensive remodeling work. I needed to remove the carpet and replace it with wooden tiles, re-paint the entire place, fix up the wiring, and the plumbing and I needed to redo the entire bathroom. It was no easy matter. What was even more problematic was that the current house I was living in is being foreclosed on and I had roughly 3 months to move out. My step mom knew about US Home Developers through a friend of hers who hired the company before, so she pressured me to look into them. I was sort of new to the whole experience but US Home Developers made it extremely easy. They were up front about the cost and time estimates, and were willing to work with me to provide the best solutions for the limited budget I had. Every day I would come to the condo after work and see what has progressed. I was constantly amazed at the speed by which everything was taken care of. The bathroom was the longest and hardest part because of all the necessary plumbing. They redid the tiles in the kitchen, and replaced all the carpets with the hardwood flooring that I wanted. They actually ended up finishing 2 weeks earlier than I had to move out and I was thrilled because it game a lot of time to move in and get settled. As someone who was entirely new to the experience of having a remodeling job done, I was really amazed at how easy, and great US Home Developers has made the experience.”

“I have had the pleasure of working with Hybrid Construction on multiple home improvement projects as well as remodels. Whether the project is large in size or small they are always friendly and professional. They offer design recommendations and suggestions as well as preforming the actual work to get the job done. The owner is always responsive to my many questions and takes the time to explain the pros and cons of the various options that are presented to me for my project. When you hire Hybrid Construction for your project you can be assured that the owner will be on the job site on daily basis, not just at the time that you sign the contract. As we all know, this is not always the case w/ General Construction companies. This is 1 major differentiator in my opinion, between Hybrid and other companies. I have been living and working from my home while construction is being preformed. I truly appreciate Hybrid Construction's attention to detail in both the creative space as well as the day to day cleanliness of the job site. To know that my home will be left neat and tidy and the end of the working day is a relief! Hybrid Construction represents a team of honest, reliable, creative and hard working individuals. She truly is a talented architect who has both great vision and is detail oriented; making the process of designing and constructing my fitness studio a fun and seamless one. I appreciated that she kept in constant contact with me, and was very hands on from design through construction. I felt comfortable asking questions and giving input, and am was very satisfied with the results. Pictures of the studio can be found on Facebook under 'The Dailey Method Calabasas'. Its a beautiful space. Clients of the studio rave about how beautiful, well lit, and comfortable the space is. And we owe it all to Audrey Sato Design Studio!”

“So pleased with my new shower from Platinum Home Builders & Design! The process was so quick; I had my dream shower installed in A Few days ! I didn't think that was possible - I had the same shower tiled in '08 and it took nearly a month to install. I couldn't take looking at the moldy walls any longer - no matter how hard I cleaned nothing helped. I am so thankful for the Microban feature; it keeps my shower clean and keeps me protected. The entire crew is knowledgeable and so helpful in getting things done in a timely manner. They do beautiful work and are very easy to work with.
