“Kevin and his team are amazing! We had a complete kitchen gut - walls removed, gas lines rerouted and everything - and they did such an incredible job. The efficiency and cleanliness were truly appreciated. This was all around the holidays so things were already crazy, but going through a kitchen renovation honestly was not as painful as I thought! It was a pleasure working with them and we would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to have construction work done in their home or business.”

“Ilan and his team have completed 2 projects for me. The first was Oct 2021: I was in a horrible place after my new construction business flooded and drywall, plumbing, flooring and cabinetry had to be removed due to city sewer backup. After working with my landlords, insurance, and the building HOA, I was still on the hook for a significant amount for repairs. Ilan met me the day after I called and got his team started on the project almost immediately. His guys are professional, efficient, and hardworking. You cannot go wrong with this team. I am so grateful with how they helped me during this difficult period. And that I was able to get back to business! I will definitely use them again should the need arise. The 2nd project was for my home, summer 2022. His team came and repaired our etched and detailed glass shower door for a fraction of the price a glass door store quoted me. Our railing had come off and we were told we would have to replace the entire glass door for a substandard quality and a significant cost and that the railing could not be fixed. Ilan's team came and fixed the railing within a few hours. The also made repairs throughout my home, including but not limited to: concrete stairs sealing, painting, re-sealing the shower and replacing fixtures. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He is reliable, transparent, and easy to get a hold of. I have had horrible experiences working with contractors, so his team is like a breath of fresh air. They will do the work until it is complete and done to your satisfaction.”

“A little late with this review, but these guys definitely needed to be complimented. We did a complete small bathroom remodeling project last year and we contacted these gentlemen for their services. They did a wonderful, professional, on-time job for us and we will definitely be looking at using them for our future larger bathroom project. They changed out floors, shower, shower doors, walls, sink, toilet, vanity, mirror and did an outstanding job and took owner changes or concerns in stride. “It was a pleasure working with A & M General Contracting, they were hired to do a gut rehab on my building and the entire process was smooth and painless which doesn't happen often during gut rehab construction. Whenever I had an issue or change request I was able to get the owner on the phone and have these things scheduled to be completed within that same day. All the work was done professionally, clean, and 100% according to my stamped and approved drawings. I often visited my job site while A & M was working and tools were not sprawled out everywhere creating trip hazards, and at the end of every work day the site was completely free of any debris or trash. I'm not sure what anyone is looking for when selecting a contractor but if its a professional company that does the work right and fast and has great customer service then A and M General Contracting is the way to go.”

“Because of Chicago's requirements for window installations above the third floor and because I had a small job (2 widows to be replaced), I was having difficulty finding a vendor. One place I called suggested I try Houzz. I did and Houzz referred me to The Smart-House Guys, Inc. I couldn't be more pleased. I met with the CEO who showed me the various options in the window catalogue, and he had samples of the different high performance glass options. After making the selections, the order was processed quickly. The price is very reasonable. The installation crew is very professional and they completed the work in a reasonable amount of time, They cleaned up well after themselves. I highly recommend The Smart-House Guys, Inc. I intend to sue them for future projects as well and have recommended them to my friends and family.”

“We had our bathrooms done with Resil, and OMG I can not express how happy we are. They went above and beyond, totally exceeding all our expectations, I now feel like I’m at a fancy resort instead of my home. Workers were here everyday until the job was completed & very considerate and always cleaned up at the end of the day, and we’ve had other companies do things, but never again.
