To be the storyteller and share my perspective is so rewarding." Patti has navigated the industry, offering insight, and an accessible style for over 20 years. Being able to articulate what makes a room work ergonomically as well as aesthetically is her talent, whether it is for a client or for a publication. An artistic perspective, creative solutions, snappy copy, knowledge of the market, and exacting purchase orders are just some of her tools. She began in 1985 managing a shop on Madison Avenue. The shop, "Sweet Nellie", had a national following and helped to inspire a new take on American Country. It was a natural leap from styling interiors for the camera for design magazines to designing interiors. During her years as a stylist and decorating editor, Patti worked with over 20 mastheads. She also styled for commercial projects with industry leaders such as Minwax, Martex and Grange. In 2004-2006 Patti co-hosted a radio show called House Calls. She continues to write for magazines and is a regular contributor to Westchester Home Magazine. Since 1995 Patricia O'Shaughnessy Design has focused on residential clients. The goal of the firm is simple, to produce comfortable interiors with a bit of whimsy while following a plan.
Hi! I have several years of experience performing Handyman jobs in New York City. Mainly in the boroughs of Manhattan, Brooklyn and select areas of Queens. Whether it be your apartment, townhouse, office, retail space or restaurant I’m adaptable and can neatly work almost anywhere. I’ve completed jobs that entail work such as custom carpentry, large painting projects, lighting installs, replacing sinks and everything in between. I give a unique perspective having gone to both art and trade schools giving me an artistic eye on projects and the ability to apply the practical applications required to efficiently complete them. Additionally, I’m a great problem solver for issues that may arise during jobs since no two projects are alike. There is always something new to learn and I am always sharpening my skills to better serve my clients, which is why I love working in New York City.

The ancient art of mosaic is created by combining small pieces of "tesserae" to form a larger image. I use this ancient medium to capture 21st century reflections of ourselves. My work has often been derived from photographs, capturing moments and bits and pieces of individual narratives. Using 3/8" micro-mosaic tile, marble, glass and/or smalti, these works express the relationship between people and their surroundings. Details that would otherwise go unnoticed are highlighted.

GEORGE DIEBOLD George Diebold’s photography career has spanned more than three decades shooting for hundreds of international clients. Numerous corporations and private collectors have purchased his large-scale prints. Known for his success as a conceptual advertising photographer, George is an artist who draws his inspiration from nature as well as man’s creations. Incorporating his training by one of Life Magazine’s foremost illustrators, and formally educated as an interior designer, George Diebold has blurred the line between his commercial, personal and fine art work. Relying on his ability to see beyond the traditional boundaries of landscape photography his Saltwater portfolio is an invitation to see the ocean in a completely different way. With these images he has captured not only the energy but also the mysterious transparent complexity of saltwater in motion. In stark contrast, George’s still-life work, especially his latest portfolio, Matchbook Dreams, underscore his ability to extract stunning, thought provoking imagery from everyday objects. George Diebold's work is part of the permanent collection of American Landscapes at the Montclair Art Museum, The Cleveland Museum of Art, The Mesa Contemporary Arts Museum and The Nelson Atkins Museum. His images have been featured in Graphis International, Communication Arts and Studio Photography. George lives in New Jersey with his wife, Lisa. When not shooting in his East Coast studio, George is on the road or in Hawaii, where he maintains another studio on the island of Kauai.
