“Premier did the geothermal system for our new house. They are the ultimate professionals. The work was tidy and thoughtful from the wells drilled to the ducting inside the house. Recently we had a minor problem with the system. The service technician came right out to check on it. What I found remarkable was that instead of making excuses or blaming the fellow who had omitted a part, he said, "This is my fault. I should have noticed this when i did your start up." That spoke volumes to me. Everyone makes mistakes, but it is a dying breed of man who takes responsibility and makes it right.”

“Needing a furnace repair quickly in a rental property during a very cold snap in November 2013 I called Shumate. They were able to come out the same day and unfortunately the furnace was beyond repair. The engineer that I met with gave me several different replacement options and helped with financing. With financing approval they installed the furnace within five days of the initial meeting. I will now use Shumate for all of my HVAC needs at my rental properties.”

“I discovered Perfect Temp having a terrible experience with a larger company with a fleet of trucks. Perfect Temp was recommended to me by another owner of rental properties here in Athens. The big outfit had charged me $375 & told me it would take another $400 to replace a control panel before the unit in question would work. After the $375 the unit was still not operational! I called Nathan at Perfect Trmp and he correctly diagnosed and repaired the problem for $100. That was eight or nine years ago. Since then they have worked on units in commercial and residential rental properties as well as my home unit and replaced units all at very competitive prices and have always worked to find the best cost effective solution. I trust them entirely.”
