About Us

Visualize a home renovation or architect's plans with 3D renderings! As a high-tech interior designer, I help clients visualize the possibilities of a home or commercial remodel/build (kitchen, bath, addition, basement, exterior, etc.) with 3D concept* renderings and video. A drawing at the beginning of the project is one of the best time and money saving tools to have and helps keep everyone on the same page. A rough sketch with measurements and some inspiration photos are what I need to get started. I work with home owners, builders, contractors and anyone in the home improvement industry. Concept renderings generally range from $200 to $800 depending on the size and level of detail. - see a completed concept renovation before you begin - save time and money and avoid costly mistakes - visualize colors, finishes, layouts and styles - get a feel for the space as if walking through it - get input from an experienced designer - easily share and communicate the concept with all the home professionals involved - shop for realistic quotes - feel confident about the project - manage expectations * I do not provide "stamped" or permit-ready plans for use in construction.

Denise Britti is a very talented designer. I was a bit skeptical of virtual design rendering. The process of choosing all the materials going into our bathroom remodel was overwhelming. The fear of making expensive mistakes was more so! Denise has the expertise that will help guide you through the myriad of design choices one must make during a remodel. She can provide valuable insight into color coordinating and intricate detail that will enhance the final design. Her artistic flair is to be commended. We are so pleased with the final rendering/drawing. Love! Not a skeptic anymore! Our build starts in October 2025. We are looking forward to that completion and would highly recommend Denise Britti for any design project you have.

We are in the process of doing a major first floor remodel. We already had an architectural plan, but laying tape on the floor in order to try to visualize what our “new” first floor would look like made it hard to understand the changes. After researching companies, we selected 3D Virtual Design Drawings. After the first call, it was clear we had made the right choice. Denise is very good at listening to the client’s needs and extremely creative. Denise’s work resulted in us making changes from our original plans that will result in a better use of the space. We now have no doubt that we will reduce the need for change orders as we move forward with the renovation. I recommend Denise to anyone who needs a 3D drawing for any of their projects. I was introduced to Denise by a mutual friend, for which I am so grateful! I live in Florida and she lives hundreds of miles away, but it felt like she was right in my home with me as we planned the new kitchen through Zoom, FaceTime, videos and phone calls. She was absolutely wonderful to work with and has such great vision and advice. She helped us see what our kitchen could look like if we were to knock out a wall and reconfigure it. Her work is priceless! I'm so glad we spent the money up front to see what it will look like and how best to make it work/flow. Denise is extremely responsive and delivers above and beyond expectations. Money well spent! I cannot wait to see her drawings come to life!

I noticed Denise add in FB during beginning of my house extension as 1 car garage and this extension was changing exterior of my house completely. I sent request and within 1 hour received respond from the owner. I ask her to contact me over the phone and within a next 1 hour we spoke, Denise explained what she would like me to send to her based on my changes, and the next day we started working . It was truly professional experience from the beginning till the end, 100% understanding from Denise what I’m looking for, timely done, as promised with adding options for my project. Now I’m building garage, changing exterior of the house and know exactly how it will look, when I’m done. For me - time and money well spent.
