Our experience with 8 Twenty One Home Design has been exceptional! Kenneth Rowland designed our custom home eight years ago. We are currently working on a home addition and our first call was to Kenneth. He went beyond the call of duty meeting the needs of our family with the custom design. It was hard for our family to find the perfect house plan to accommodate our needs. Our daughter is in a wheelchair and we had to make sure our home was accessible. Kenneth's attention to detail from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design was amazing. This is why we reached out to Kenneth for Phase 2 of our home project. Kenneth was also very responsive when we wanted to make adjustments during the construction phase. It was very easy working with Kenneth.

Ken and his team at 8 Twenty One Home Design were outstanding in all aspects of the home design. Ken was great to work with and took an idea we had and turned it into a dream home for us. At the very last of the design Ken pulled a rabbit out of his computer and made a last second change that made it all come together. Kenneth was amazing to work with! His designs were very thought out and we LOVE his designs! He was so patient with our process, since we changed from our original contractor and engineer midway through the project. Since everything was so new to us, it was very reassuring that we could trust Kenneth. He had no problems steering us in the right way and giving us recommendations for other people in the industry. . Kenneth was prompt and efficient, and always delivered on time! We would highly recommend him to everyone!

Kenneth was prompt, courteous, and very professional from start to finish. We asked him to design custom home plans for us. He was recommended to us by a custom home builder in our area. We met on site to discuss the project and corresponded frequently. He was always very quick to answer questions. After getting an idea of our needs, he provided us with a preliminary draft. Modifying the plan could not have been an easier process. We discussed them via online meetings and he always had a solution. He can also set you up with a surveyor and engineer, as well.
