My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Steve was very professional and easy to work with. He got to my design in a very timely fashion. I needed professionally designed plans but couldnt pay the very high prices of other architectural engineers. I would definitely recommend Advannced Drafting and Design.

I would highly recommend Steve at Advanced Drafting & Design. We had spoken with several architects before someone recommended Steve, and we couldn't be more pleased with his work. The architects all wanted to erase all of our planning and start from scratch, but we had put years of planning into what we wanted with our renovation. Steve took our design concept and converted it into construction plans for our renovation. He didn't try to reinvent the wheel but provided valuable input throughout the process. His ideas were key to refining the design to something that we are very happy with. Steve was able to complete our plans before we would have even been able to get an appointment to meet with one of several local architects, and for a fraction of the cost. The house is currently under construction, and it is exciting to watch it being built. Can't wait to see the finished product. Thank you Steve!!

Steve really knows his craft, and was VERY helpful in talking thru options and listening to our needs/wants, helping us figure out what we could and could not do within our budget. Creative, Experienced & Patient to a fault! If you need design work, you need to call Steve!

I was building a garage and needed a drawing for the county to approve my building permit. Steve was very helpful and understanding as I was trying to get things updated quickly to get the permit. Steve was able to make all the updates needed quickly and make it look exactly how I wanted for the county to approve the building permit. Very easy to work with, on time and within budget. Steve was fantastic, in fact I am planning on using him again for anther project I hope to put in later this fall or early next year.
