From start to finish, our experience with Damian and all the staff at Adwelling has been a pleasure. Since this is our first custom home, we weren't sure what to expect, so we went in to our initial meeting feeling nervous. Immediately, we were warmly set at ease, given an outline of how the process works, estimates of costs and more. Damian took our suggestions with humor and tact, steered us away from things we couldn't afford and generally turned our vision into reality. That's not to say there weren't a few bumps in the road, but they were minor and solved without a minute of discord. With Damian's help, we survived the first scary meeting with the Design Review Committee of our HOA, and it was a tough one. He stepped up to the plate several times, supplying answers to technical questions we couldn't begin to handle.
