I worked with Anthony on an addition legalization project with a view to use him again for a larger remodel project should all go well. Anthony was a pleasure to work with and was always available via phone, email and text. We did use him again for the larger remodel project, which has recently been approved by the city.

We hired Anthony to design a garage with upstairs granny unit after losing our garage in the Tubbs fire. He worked within our budget and delivered high-quality designs quickly that needed very little revision. He is thorough, responsive and creative. We were able to do all of our collaboration via phone and Skype. He only needed to visit the site once in the beginning. The only thing he could have done to make this excellent experience even better was communicate to us four weeks before he actually needed the civil and geotechnical engineers and the land surveyor. Due to the massive amount of rebuilds, it takes at least a month to get in the queue with these guys, so that cost us some time.

Tony made our vision come to life with his design! We are very happy with how everything turned out. We would definitely recommend him to all our family and friends, and hope to work with him again one day.

We are so happy with our remodeled home. Anthony took the time to make several visits to our home, listened to what we wanted, and provided us with plans ready for inspection and implementation. His transformation included the removal of a weight-bearing wall and provided us with an open space concept exactly how we wanted it. He clearly communicated the projected cost of the project and timely delivered plans as discussed. He also provided us with a virtual simulated design prior to completion, allowing feedback and enhancement. He is calm and thoughtful, yet extremely thorough. Tony was absolutely the best architect! He really took the time to understand our needs, and then he was very responsive through all of the twists and turns as we worked on the designs to figure out the best home for our family. He came up with amazing ideas, and his 3D modeling really helped us to visualize the home. I strongly recommend Tony for any project!

I called AMD to draft my ideas for a 593 sq ft addition. They replied quickly. They were very polite. Signed contract in February 2017. I received my permit to build June 2017.
