Contracted with him to build our “forever” home in 2016, He came highly recommended. He told us he could start in oct 2016 so we rushed to sell the home we were in. He did not start until March 2017 which really put us in a bind. Poor communication. Rarely saw him at our build. We closed in September 2017 and he still has not finished the agreed upon punch list. Over promises and under delivers. We put a lot of faith and trust in him and he let us down. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. Total nightmare!
