Steve and I met a little over a year ago. His construction knowledge is immense. Having been a former GC, he is able to identify and understand the needs I have as a GC, which I value and find priceless. He is able to take design challenges and turn then into solutions quickly, making the process seamless, even though it isn't. I respect and value our relationship. He's become a friend and a mentor along the way, not many take the time to do so, it speaks volumes. Looking forward to more projects with Steve.

One look at the finished projects on Steve’s website and one visit with him convinced me to take the plunge and begin my project. As other reviewers have noted, Steve’s skills as a contractor enabled him to determine what was possible in terms of the house’s structure, and his skills as a designer then kicked in in terms of creating an incredible new layout that gave me features and spaces that had never occurred to me. His initial design was spot on in terms of his taking my comments and wish list and selected photos of various Houzz projects and creating an entirely new kitchen and great room layout. Then, he was easy and fun to work with in terms of modifying the plan around the edges and creating exactly the layout and features that would work for me. As someone who would agonize for weeks over which kitchen faucet or which sink to buy, I greatly appreciated the value that Steve added in terms of his list of recommended finishes, all of which look great and function well. Steve is a true professional whose skills and talents enabled me to take my house to its next and highest level.

We actually found Steve and Beautiful Remodel through Houzz and because he had all 5 star reviews, we simply had to reach out and give him a shot. To be honest I was naturally skeptical and guarded because come on, how can someone have all 5's when it comes to projects as complicated as home remodels. We met with several other designers as well and after Steve's first meeting we knew he was our guy. We just wrapped up our whole home remodel and couldn't be happier. Steve did an unbelievable job of working with us to hear our thoughts, ideas and to learn a bit of our style and then of course took that to a whole new level. He brought in some many unique and beautiful ideas in areas we never even knew were possible. Beyond the aesthetics of every room, he looked to improve the function and efficiency of our home as well. The fact he is not only a talented creative designer but also a general contractor allows him and gives him a level of competence and skill most designers simply do not have. Remodeling your entire house can be an overwhelming and stressful process and Steve made sure to hand hold us, take the time to answer questions, walk us through each phase and patiently deal with what was I'm sure at times our high maintenance and abundance of needs :). His portfolio shows his range of design and ability to work with truly any style and budget. We are a little funky and different in our style and Steve was able to work with us and even push us to things we would have never even imagined and the result is a 10! He named his company well, because the most common response we find ourselves saying every day and that friends and family who come over the visit is... it is just beautiful, what a "Beautiful Remodel!" Steve is one of the best if not the best designers we have worked with. Timely, professional, and extremely talented. He really knows how to utilize space in a house and how to utilize basic and elegant finishes in a house. His designs are so fluid and incredible. Has some of the best layouts and designs we have seen and is one of the easiest to work with.

We found Steve and Beautiful Remodel from perusing Houzz and found we kept 'liking' his designs. We had hired an architect already and had been working with him for months but decided to reach out to Steve as we had some reservations about the design and cost of our remodel plans, and wanted another opinion. Best decision we have made to date!!! We hired Steve who put in 10 times more thought and creativity into our project in our first 'discovery' meeting than the architect did in entirety, which ultimately saved us a lot of money and headaches. Working with Steve has been an enjoyable experience, not often said when referencing a remodel! Steve is absolutely committed in ensuring you love the space he designs and that is works well for your lifestyle. His experience as a contractor makes him even more valuable as he understands engineering and structure requirements in addition to aesthetics. My husband and I hired Steve Price from Beautiful Remodeling for an extensive design and remodel of our home. I had interviewed several contractors previously and was not confident in what I heard during the interview. I knew as soon as Steve met with us that he would be a perfect partnership for our project. He met with us several times and discussed our needs, likes and dislikes, budget and time frame. My husband and I began our project with confidence and we never lost it throughout the project. His team was respectful of our home, courteous and hard working. I would without question recommend Beautiful Remodel to a friend or family member who was remodeling.

Steve undertook undertook a significant "makeover" of our 1973 Southwestern-style house. This included a beautiful stone and wood refacing of our living room fireplace, new floor to ceiling built in bookshelves and computer desk for our office, a complete makeover of our laundry room with new cabinets, shelves and a wine fridge, new lighting and bed wall in the master bedroom, a new sound and TV system throughout most of the house, an expansion and redo of our MBR closet, new "antique" wood floors and (my personal favorite) - a beautiful natural stone and tile outdoor heated shower with sitting area. Steve took our rather vague design ideas and most creatively reworked and efficiently expanded the scope to meet our desire to meld the house's original Southwest feel with our love of antiques and traditional back East style. He came up with ideas and plans that would never have occurred to us, but which significantly captured our ill-defined vision. But beyond his practical designed creativity, Steve effectively managed the project and associated sub-contractors, who were all friendly, honest, neat and expert craftsmen. We couldn't be more pleased with Steve and his work. We highly recommend him without reservation (and already have to friends) and will use him whenever we decide to remodel again.

My wife and I interviewed Steve Price for a master remodel project. After interviews and checking references we hired Steve for the project. He spent a surprising amount of time learning our likes and dislikes and what we wanted. Steve then came back with a design that gave us the "wow" we were looking for. He kept within our budget, made recommendations on where and how to spend the budget. His professionalism, knowledge and experience were of course great, but more importantly we thoroughly enjoyed working with Steve through the whole experience. He is extremely fun to work with. The results were far beyond any expectations we had before getting started. We think enough of him that we have immediately started a complete main level remodel.

We hired Steve and Beautiful Remodel after meeting with and interviewing several other contractors and designers for a complete remodel of the kitchen/dining room of our 1960's era home. The contractors really did not have any creative ideas on better using the space and the designers really did not have any idea of how some of the things we needed to do (like also move our outside laundry into the space) would work from a construction standpoint or the cost of issues associated with that. With Steve's extensive background as a contractor and incredible design ideas he was the right choice! Originally I was not convinced that we needed a designer since we were on a budget but it was the best money we ever spent! Steve has an incredible attention to detail. He photographed the contents of all of our cabinets and interviewed us extensively about how we use the space and got a sense for our taste in style. The design that he created was amazing. It was something that neither of us had even imagined doing on our own (and we had looked at a ton of photos). The layout works so much better than any kitchen I have ever used. Steve did a fantastic job selecting the finishes as well. He was able to narrow down the choices to a few great options (that were not the typical ones that everyone gets) so that we did not feel overwhelmed and made sure, most importantly, that all of the elements worked together so perfectly...something that will not happen if you are wandering a tile or kitchen store on your own. Despite having an older home, there were no surprises on this project. With Steve's experience as a contractor he knew what could and could not be done and helped us investigate any potential issues in advance of starting the project. At the end of the job, Steve's attention to detail, was again appreciated. He had a detailed list of all items to complete which was shared so that we could add things as well. He came in and made sure everything was perfect. I am a very particular customer with a very strong attention to detail so I can be hard to please but Steve managed to exceed expectations. In addition to all of that, Steve is prompt, responsive, very knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. We got the opportunity to get to know him and his team over the course of our project and enjoyed having them around. We would definitely hire him again and recommend him to family and friends.

We purchased a home built in the 1980's that needed a complete and extensive renovation. We are from Canada and this was bought as our winter home in a location we fell in love with. We found Beautiful Remodel and Steve Price by looking at Houzz and also Angie's List. We really liked his website and also the testimonials were excellent. After meeting with Steve,we contacted several of his past clients and also looked at some of his previous renovation projects-every client raved about Steve and Beautiful Remodel. We hired Steve to not only do the design work and renovation but also to completely furnish and accessorize the home. The renovation took approx 6 months to complete and we never once came back to Phoenix to check on the progress,we had that much faith and trust in Steve. When we arrived in Phoenix on Oct 26/15 we had arranged to meet Steve at our house. It really was like an HGTV episode as he took us through the home,we couldn't believe it was the same house yet alone our house! It looked like a show home. In every respect,the renovations far exceeded our expectations. Steve really has amazing talent,great attention to detail,was able to work within our budget and got our taste and style. And we really like Steve,always the professional,and everyone we encountered from Beautiful Remodel were a delight to work with. We can't say enough but to conclude,several of his past clients said 'You are so lucky to be working with him and Beautiful Remodel' and we can honestly say,we agree 100%!!

Steve Price is a gifted and talented designer and a professional contractor. Steve is brilliant at walking through a space, listening to your thoughts and ideas about the space, and then presenting you with beautiful and efficient possibilities that you never could have imagined. My wife and I recently remodeled the majority of our home. Steve created a design that's drop-dead beautiful, innovative, functional for our current and future lifestyle, and accomplished all of our wants and needs. Then, Steve and his team proficiently and skillfully performed the remodel with attention and craftsmanship. Our remodel is beautiful, we love the space, and we're looking forward to working with Steve again!

Steve Price and his team did an exceptional job on my remodel. I completely remodeled my kitchen and bathroom--along with other less substantive changes. They were professional, timely, diligent, and did an exceptional job. I found Steve through Houzz and he had such great ideas and suggestions from the beginning, I knew he was the guy. And they never let me down! The end result is gorgeous and they did it within the estimated time. I highly recommend them!
