We had such a great experience working with Brewster. He took the original plans from our new home purchase and worked with us to expand and customize them into the home of our dreams. He was incredibly fast and communicative, and what really stood out was how well he understood our vision from the very beginning. We barely needed any revisions because he just “got us.” Throughout permits and construction, he has continued to be responsive and helpful. On top of that, he's just simply a very kind person and a pleasure to talk with. We’re so grateful for his work and highly recommend him.

We’ve had a fantastic experience working with Brewster’s Drafting House on our kitchen and laundry room rebuild/remodel due to extensive smoke damage following a house fire. Brewster did our design for our room addition over our garage. He did a great job and was ALWAYS on top of things, quick and incredibly pleasant to deal with. We made some change after determining that we didn't own a gold mine and he immediately made the changes and helped us throughout the process. There is no doubt, we would happily recommend him and we would use him again.

We were extremely impressed with the detail he put into the design modeling effort on our home addition project. He accurately modeled our existing home which allowed us to carefully review the addition scope to confirm it was exactly what we were looking for. His response time was phenomenal and he was patient with our updates to put together an end product that easily passed through city permitting process in only 3 weeks. We worked with Brewster to completely redesign the interior of our 1969 Ranch Style house. I highly recommend Brewster for his professionalism, timeliness, and wonderful problem solving design. We needed to go back to him for a fairly large redesign due to the quoted costs of the renovation and he quickly and happily did this for us. He was a breath of fresh air during Covid-- he never made us feel like he was too busy for our job or that it was unimportant to him. Finally, he is very personable and was fun to work with! Brewster helped design a complete renovation and addition of a 2,7,00 square foot home we purchased. His work was top notch, creative and practical. The first draft of the design was impressive. My wife and I were impressed with his willingness to listen and his understanding of our goals. Brewster was able to make tweaks in the design based on our feedback that was awesome. Brewster Drafting House is a GO-TO Choice for David Michael Designs, we have worked together for years now and he is one of the most responsive and clearly talented designers around. We have since worked on countless projects and I would highly recommend him time and time again. His work is fast, clean, sharp, and on budget. He is well versed in Lumion, and SketchUp as well as Chief Architect. I can not say enough good things here, it's a no-brainer choice. Our last client told me that he was so impressed with Brewsters 3D, that his wife was not sure how we had "Built" the house before we even completed the blueprints.
