My mission statement is to make your home, feel, like your home; and as an award-winning veteran home designer I'm here to support your vision and bring it to life. Here at Brewster's Drafting House, I've made it my life's work to specialize in residential home design, but where I excel the most is working one-on-one with YOU, the homeowner. Remodeling or building a new home can often feel like a large task to take on, but I love being there as a supportive partner and helpful guide to help you plan and build the home of your dreams. I have had the honor to work on everything home design, from simple kitchen and bath remodels, ADUs, Deck and Garage designs, full-scale renovations, and new construction homes. Since you start the home remodel or design process with an Architectural Designer, I make it my mission to support you from start to finish. I treat my clients with respect, always responding in a timely manner, always making sure they are heard, because while I may have a plethora of design knowledge to share and a trained eye to see things you may not, I understand first and foremost that your home should be designed and built FOR YOU. I would love to partner with you on your home renovation or building project and provide you with my plethora of knowledge and expertise about the design and building phases of home construction. I have been designing homes in Southern California for over a decade, with nothing but satisfied clients and beautiful homes, finished and tailored to those who dwell in them. If you're looking for a designer who ensures your project is treated as their own, who can get you permits approved, and who can guide you through the sometimes-dreary maze of home renovation and construction; you've come to the right place. Brewster did our design for our room addition over our garage. He did a great job and was ALWAYS on top of things, quick and incredibly pleasant to deal with. We made some change after determining that we didn't own a gold mine and he immediately made the changes and helped us throughout the process. There is no doubt, we would happily recommend him and we would use him again.

If you are looking to have your project designed quickly with a great attention to detail at an affordable price, Brewster is your guy. We were extremely impressed with the detail he put into the design modeling effort on our home addition project. He accurately modeled our existing home which allowed us to carefully review the addition scope to confirm it was exactly what we were looking for. His response time was phenomenal and he was patient with our updates to put together an end product that easily passed through city permitting process in only 3 weeks. I highly recommend Brewster and will be bringing him our next project when the time comes.

We worked with Brewster to completely redesign the interior of our 1969 Ranch Style house. I highly recommend Brewster for his professionalism, timeliness, and wonderful problem solving design. We needed to go back to him for a fairly large redesign due to the quoted costs of the renovation and he quickly and happily did this for us. He was a breath of fresh air during Covid-- he never made us feel like he was too busy for our job or that it was unimportant to him. Finally, he is very personable and was fun to work with! Brewster helped design a complete renovation and addition of a 2,7,00 square foot home we purchased. His work was top notch, creative and practical. The first draft of the design was impressive. My wife and I were impressed with his willingness to listen and his understanding of our goals. Brewster was able to make tweaks in the design based on our feedback that was awesome. We have since worked on countless projects and I would highly recommend him time and time again. His work is fast, clean, sharp, and on budget.
