Core Design Impact

Working with Robel and his team they did a fantastic job with the architectural design of a new home we were building. They set down with us and went over everything thoroughly. They were very well organized. They handled all the leg work with city getting permitting and plans approved. Overall they did a great job in completing all their necessary steps with design and structural experience. I would highly recommend them!

Moving into a new space for our paint distribution business, my company needed to renovate our newly moved into warehouse. There was not enough office space in the current configuration. We were on a tight budget with a tight deadline. Robel and his team helped with all phases of the buildout. First, Robel had a very thorough meeting with me to make sure he understood my vision. I know when I am dealing with professionals, when they bring a notepad and actually take notes of our discussion. His team executed the design plans and drawings. Permits were fast-tracked and the buildout commenced. Robel was on top of the GC and made sure that the schedule was being adhered to. We ended up right at budget and right at the deadline. Robel and team were professional, thoughtful, and showed the attention to detail that I know will make any project they take on successful. Can't recommend them enough.

The best price with stellar customer service. There’s nothing that they can’t do! Thanks for your hard work, such a dedicated team!
