A design phase is the first step which is taken into a 3D rendering and CAD drawings to ensure accuracy and translate to a visual representation of the finished product. All materials are chosen and cost analysis is based on finished products. Being a Genesis 3 builder our hydraulics, structure, and finish products by most standards are exceeded. It is unclear what is actually accomplished/issues encountered during the pool service. It would be extremely helpful if an after-service report is provided to customers. After the last service, the pool did not appear to be clean and you could still see some debris at the bottom of the pool. Also on several occasions, my hoses were left sprawled across the pool area. On the last service, a hose that did not belong to me was left sprawled across the pool area.

A little more expensive than my previous service but MUCH more reliable. The pool is beautiful again. The team is always up beat and on time.

They promptly came to the house, got the pumps running, did a thorough cleaning, and prepared us to put on the house on the market. We couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!!
