Design 3 Studio Inc. is a Custom Home Design Company dedicated to creating beautiful custom new homes, remodeling and additions in collaboration with clients, engineers, and contractors.
Shahin Heshmat attended Bennington College and graduated from New York Institute of Technology at Old Westbury with a bachelor of science in architectural technology. After his graduation in 1985 he worked for architects and interior designers like Design Collaborative and Robert Nerzig A.I.A. on Long Island.
Since the founding of Design 3 Studio Inc. in 2009, the company has designed and prepared construction documents for over 150 residential projects in Westchester and Fairfield counties as well as Manhattan for various residential remodeling companies, whom I have been providing architectural consulting services for since 2008, and private clients. The services we provide are kitchen design, attic design, custom home design, home additions, home remodeling and renovations, basement design, deck design, and bathroom design.
