Ecosteel engineered and provided the steel and steel panels for my custom prefab home. The product they ended up producing is exceptional; however, the process was challenging for everyone involved. The structure we built had no right angles which was at odds with the type of manufactured homes they were accustomed to. Parts were manufactured in different places by different entities which made it confusing. There also seemed to be an issue with keeping consistent staff. Despite all the difficulties and insecurities on my part, the ultimate look and function of the structure they supplied is outstanding.

We had to source multiple system types to accommodate the custom design, there is not a single source component option for a custom steel residential building system, especially one with no right angles. We have several customer service staff members to manage projects at any given time, not just one point of contact for the life of a project. We are glad everyone is happy with the product, this is a complex design that was completed to everyone's satisfaction. The client and architect are very happy, which is the primary goal for EcoSteel.

I am renting the house out on airbnb to pay off my debt. At the moment I am living over the garage but move into the upstairs or downstairs when they are open (which thankfully is not very often). I hope to have all my debt paid down within the year.
