I was looking for house plans that I could just tell someone all my ideas and they could turn my ideas into a plan that I could view in 3D! Matt Dowell did exactly that! If you need a smart, fast, honest and reliable architect to help you design your new floor plan I highly recommend Matt Dowell at Firm Foundation!

He’s qualified in Drafting & Architectural Design. His costs were resonable and his communication skills excellent. Honestly, his house plans for us are of award winning quality! He captured the essence of what we wanted for our home. His efforts on our behalf went well beyond being “a job.” We recommend him without hesitation.

We have been extremely pleased with Matt's work. He took our thoughts and ideas for a new build and created our dream home. Matt came to our home for our first meeting and was always available for our many questions. He responded to text messages and emails very quickly, I never once felt that we weren't a priority, that in itself says alot about the integrity of Matt.

Finding one who is detailed, listens to the clients and creates a set of drawings that are very easy to read and accurate can be a challenge.
