About Us

Home plan designer for over 50 years in the Texarkana and Four States area. No residential job is too small or too large. I specialize in custom homes built in the traditional type of building or barn/shop homes. I also have a large selection of stock plans which are good proven floor plans which can be ordered and used "as is" starting as low as $400 for pdf files or $450 for printed files mailed to you. If you find a floor plan you like, but want to update the exterior, my rates are very reasonable.
