Habitations did a fantastic job. They (Aaron Michelle) were with me during the entire process of renovating my bathroom. From picking out the design and the specific materials, to being in communication whenever I needed them while the actual work was being done, their service was an A+. I highly recommend!

Rob and his organization were involved in a major renovation of my 80 year old home. It required re-engineering of many things including the moving of the steps going down to the basement to changing the footprint of the home on the lake side. It was no small task. Their creative ideas and plans made it easy for me to look at options in a way that made it easy and a lot less stressful to decide on what worked best for us. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who is serious about any types of construction as Rob and his team will handle it timely and professionally. He always wanted to be sure I was happy and comfortable with this very elaborate renovation.

Rob and Aaron Michele were great to work with. They listened to our ideas and helped turn them into an excellent result. We had numerous changes in those ideas along the way, but they were patient and professional throughout the process. They helped us think through what we wanted and most importantly, what made sense. They also helped us manage through changes during the construction phase which was very important. I would highly recommend them.

Rob and I have worked on projects together for the last five years. He was always available to help work out issues that came up on job sites and even make extra trips to the sites in order to get things right. I trust him completely when it comes to any architectural needs and as a person in general.

Our project was done in Spring 2019. Their response to what we needed and wanted was quick and accurate. After buying an older home in, I wanted it completely renovated before I moved in. I hired Robert Platt, owner of Habitations, LLC of Atlanta to plan the renovation and to help me find a crew to do the work. My home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2500sq. ft. Spanish Revival ranch built in 1968. With Rob's help the kitchen, master bath, and dressing rooms were completely re-designed and modernized, crews were found to paint, remove carpets, linoleum, and panelling, replace the roof, refinish wood floors, put in slate and marble floors, add a coffered ceiling, replace out dated plumbing fixtures, HVAC system, and appliances, and update the wiring. My home is now the showplace of the neighborhood! All exactly as I wanted and I cannot thank Rob Platt enough for the fabulous job he did.

We have used Rob and his team at Habitations on numerous jobs and they has always been prompt, efficient and professional. The most valuable part of using Rob is that he are very resourceful in solving problems quickly and efficiently. They are definitely a part of our team.
