We were recommend to work Imagine Inc to help design our new house. Lester and his team where great to work with. Really appreciate all the extras they did for us from planning, showing us different option, final design, 3D walk through, site visits before and during. Today Imagine is working on two other project for our family. Highly recommend Imagine Inc!!

Lester and his team show excellent skill and creativity! We have worked with this team for many years and both our clients and trades find them enjoyable to work with. From the first meeting to the final detail they communicate proficiently. The ability to mix creativity with construction code is essential for a smooth home building process. Our craftsment enjoy the detailed prints that increase productivity and accuracy during the constructing process.

We put on a 2nd storey addition with no real idea of what we wanted it to look like . With the help of Imagines excellent team they provided us great ideas and options . We are ecstatic with the result , couldn't have asked for a better group ! Great price for their services too !

Imagine Your Home was a pleasure to work with. We undertook a major renovation of our century home that included removing an old addition and replacing it with a bigger one, recladding the entire house with wood siding, changing the roof lines, and adding a wrap-around porch. There are several reasons why we chose Imagine Your Home and why we would recommend them. (You can see pictures under Imagine Your Home's "Woolwich Project" page) First, whereas quotes from other contractors tended to provide ballpark numbers without costing out details of the reno, Les’s quote itemized every aspect of the job from start to finish. Not only does this allow you to see how much you are spending in each area, it is also helpful if you want to play around with where you spend your money. In our case, we were able to save money in some areas and devote it to others. Second, Les immediately understood the aesthetic we were going for, even when we had a hard time articulating it ourselves. During out first meeting he was able to sketch out a design on paper that incorporated many of the changes we wanted to see in the house, such as reorienting it to face the driveway. Third, Les is endlessly patient, going over details with us numerous times and adjusting to the whims of homeowners when we decide that the roof we planned for two months ago should be redesigned. Above all, we were impressed with Les’s honesty. Everyone we talked to before we started the addition told us to expect to pay 20-25% over the quote in the end. This almost caused us to not begin the project. Our project, though, stayed within budget. It did cost more than we initially planned, but this was entirely our own decision, as we opted to do more work than covered in the original quote, such as change a roof line and add a metal roof. When these new items were costed out, they always stayed within the budget promised by Les. I’ve worked on a lot of construction sites and one thing that was noticeably different about this job was the values of Les’s workers. The crew that did most of the work not only worked longer days (7am to 6:30pm was pretty normal), their language was suitable for my young kids. This might seem like a small thing, but if you’ve ever had a roofing crew swearing loudly and crudely within earshot of your family, you’ll understand why this makes a difference.

Imagine Your Home has been our general contractor for 2 projects. The first one was completely redoing a 120 seat restaurant in 2015, the second was a warehouse project in 2016. In both projects they did a fantastic job. The restaurant one in particular was a challenging work of building/remodeling and designing. Once they found out what style we liked Imagine took it from there and transformed the building. We have received many compliments, other contractors come to take pictures of the style, and we have given Imagines contact info to several people that loved the look and wanted to use them for their building project. We are currently working on planning a 3rd project with Imagine and would highly recommend them!

Excellent care was taken in assessing our needs for our new build! Attention to detail and location on lot as to the sun and windows were all designed to capture the best lighting possible. Our home design was exactly how we wanted it, when some changes needed to be done it was communicated clearly and quickly to improve the situation. We had no worries at all in the process as the professional work done left our minds at ease and we were truly comforted in knowing we had the BEST QUALITY service in every way!

Lester (Imagine Your Home) did an amazing job from conception to completion of my project. Not only did he listen to my wants and needs, he had fantastic ideas that culminated in a "dream come true" renovation. His enthusiasm for the project was contagious and he made each decision (and there are many) easier with his insight and creativity. Lester is a rare combination of artistic talent, technical knowledge and skill who pays attention to the details and is a pleasure to work with. My wife and I completely gutted our new home and worked with Lester and his team almost daily for 3 months to bring it back to life. Lester lets you know as soon as there is an issue and is always ready with a solution. He is very flexible and lets you be involved as much (or as little) as you want (even though I'm sure we made his job a little harder than it needed to be). He has a great eye and comes up with great ideas. You can trust him to just run with it and know it will turn out great. Most people describe major renovations as a stressful experience but we're looking forward to our next project and will be hiring his team again. What else can I say? Oh ya, he finished right on budget too.
