Jim’s attention to detail, artistry, genius-like creativity, thinking outside the box and then the implementation/execution of these traits into our project has been a total joy to witness. Working hand-In-hand with the builder, incorporating our’s and Jim’s vision for the property, utilizing their vast experience & knowledge of governmental agencies & coastline requirements has served us, and the neighborhood, incredibly well. Their respect for neighbors, our time and input, the ocean and coastline is over-the-top. . So thankful to have had the opportunity for them to work their magic on our project - they have utilized all aspects of space to the better good of the whole. - truly a pleasure to do business with. Jim was our architect and helped with the design work on a complete remodel. His in-depth knowledge and extremely high standard for producing quality work was always evident. He was very helpful in giving us suggestions as to what would work/look nice to allow for us to be involved in the decision making process of our home. Jim knows how to build a house correctly, professionally and is a fabulous with details. Even our subcontractors commented on how detailed he was with drawings. We also appreciated his flexibility in making adjustments to our plans so that we could stay within our price range. Jim got our plans drawn in a time efficient manner and made time to meet with us when we were in town (we live in another state). Finally, we must mention that Jim has an outstanding team that is very talented, knowlegable and were a great pleasure to work with.They are professionals with expertise in design, both architecturally and for interior design. We would absolutely use him and his team again. They get the job done beautifully and they do it right! We recently fininshed this project and we have already had several people as us who our architect/designer was. Needless to say, we are please with the end product!

James had our basic desires in a home design spot on with his first draft. From then on he worked closely with us to completion and made building a home from scratch simple and fun. I would not hesitate in hiring James for any future projects.

Jim and his staff are AMAZING...my husband and I love them. Jim designed our high-end, vacation rental home from the bottom up, and it's a hit out of the gate -- we are completely booked thanks to Jim! We have an ocean-view condo in San Clemente, CA, and our guests repeatedly gush over how beautiful and comfortable the space is, and they never leave without our design firm's phone number. Jim completely understood our need to create a unique and special place, that sets us apart from the myriad of other vacation rentals. Our reclaimed wood doors alone accomplish that. Overall, Jim designed a contemporary and colorful, yet also fun and beachy space, that makes our guests feel special. Plus, it's durable, functional and multifunctional, as it's perfect for families, romantic retreats, or for a girl's / guy's getaway. I can't say enough about this totally professional and dependable guy, who is forward-thinking and has his finger on the pulse!

When we purchased our house we knew that it needed someone with vision to turn it from an outdated building to a home that is not only beautiful but is a place where friends and family love to relax . Being fairly new to the area, we kept hearing the name James Glover as being responsible for transforming many of the beautiful homes in our area. After hiring James we realized how he could see the difference that even small details make in the total outcome of a project. He was able to blend his ideas with what we wanted and was so easy and pleasant to work with. He is so dedicated to what he does. He also was very conscientious and helpful in keeping the project cost effective. Everything turned out so much better than we imagined. One unexpected bonus was that because of how deeply respected and liked James is, every sub or vendor we contacted that knew we were working with James, treated us with special care. We will definitely turn to James for any future projects.

I consider James Glover to be a genius. We bought a 1936 Spanish style home that had been partially remodeled. With James help, we added about 1000 sq feet and made into our little Tuscan Villa. We were very impressed during our first meeting when he walked around the property and immediately started drawing idea's. He had a vision right away. We not only needed help with the interior design but changing the entire architecture to flow with what was already remodeled without looking remodeled. I loved working with him. He listens to your ideas and then incorporates his own to create a home you love. James is extremely genuine, professional, creative, and talented. The sub contractors that he associates with are also amazing. We were very impressed with their quality of work and their level of professionalism. I'm so glad we found him to help with our project. I can't say enough great things about him. He went above and beyond and made what could have been an extremely stressful remodeling job, really enjoyable. Thank you James!!! You're the best!!!

James Glover has over 25 years experience in the architectural and home design field, His keen ability to quickly assess a client's desire for a home project, envision a beautiful design, create and finish a project .....is nothing less than creative genius. His scope of knowledge , current concepts and products, years of experience and excitement for beautiful home design are invaluable to his clients. My husband and I are in the building field and have worked with Jim for our personal home as well as for/with many clients. I also have an art background. Our recommendations are very select . Jim did a beautiful job with our renovation, my husband and I absolutely love our home!! He was there every step of the project, from demolition to final clean-up and move in day! He was very detailed not only with the plans and design, but during construction, as well. He was instrumental with the cabinet design, floors, ceiling, fixtures, plumbing, lighting, stucco and paint, just to name a few. I especially loved how he was very accommodating with meeting us in person and responded immediately whenever we had questions or were confused about a detail. Since this was our first time, (building a home from the bottom up), communication was very important to us, and if not face to face, it was either on the phone or email. He would go out of his way with sending pictures of everything we were discussing or choosing, he would also supply samples (I'm a visual person) of materials and products, which made selecting and making final decisions much easier. We wanted Jim to focus on an open floor plan, to look timeless, without obstructing the view, and he delivered!!

We worked with James Glover and his team in renovating our home in 2011 and 2012. James is an extremely dedicated professional who strives to design a home that is not only beautiful but functional. James was hired for his creativity and vision to help create/design a one of a kind house. As the owner of the house remodel, he went above and beyond my wildest expectations. Not only did James design a great house but helped with furniture selection, paint colors, etc. and once again did an outstanding job. I would highly reccommend his firm. Great guy too.
