We have been working on a fairly involved residential remodel on the Gulf of Mexico over the past several months. Our home, built in 1981 is in a Velocity Zone requiring unique county code regulations and structural integrity design factors. Jon and Justin have been great partners in our efforts to update the design and make it our own. They operate as a father and son team with Jom creating the room designs and building specifications and Justin navigating the zoning requirements, home aesthetics and three dimensional images. Working with Jon and Justin for our new custom home has been a seamless experience from start to finish. What a great experience. JC Drafting and Design was great to work with. They took a rough idea and converted it into a really cool concept. The house is on the water and they captured every inch of view in a Coastal Contemporary concept. I highly recommend them.

We hired the JC Drafting and design team to draw plans for our new home. The father/son team are very professional. The are excellent listeners and put our ideas and needs in the design. The quality of their work is very good. If we build another house in Sarasota we will use their services again.

We hired JC Drafting And Design to assist in designing a new home. We laid out a basic outline of what we wanted and relied on their judgment to assist with specifics. They are well versed in building codes and regulations and advised on what could and could not be done. Cost was a factor and they coordinated there efforts to minimize unnecessary or duplicative expenses. They provided a copy of design sortware that enabled us to view the design in 3d demension on our personal computer. They are reliable, trustworthy, dependable and do good work.
