Jeff designed an addition to our home in 2022. His knowledge of the scope and execution of the project was excellent. Jeff understood what we wanted to accomplish in our addition and understood the restrictions involved in remodeling in our 55 + community. Jeff is one of the premier home designers in our area. I think he is the best! I interviewed several others before selecting him. We feel lucky that we selected him to design our forever home. When we started the project, I had a basic idea in my head. He took that idea and modified it so the technical aspects worked. He also added his creative suggestions and made the design much better than I would have dreamed of. He has a lot of experience so technical aspects of his designs are well thought out. He also stays current with design trends so you get an up to date design with some real creative elements. I will also say that he has a lot of integrity so he will help you and guide you where he can. He is also prompt with his responses and very professional.

Being brand new to Florida, we realize how differently house design and construction are here compared to the upper Midwest, where we had lived previously. As a result of these differences, it was essential that we had someone whom we could trust. Jeff Joseph was that person, someone whom we trusted explicitly. We never doubted for an instant Jeff's guidance and suggestions regarding the design and construction of the residence. In addition to the comfort Jeff provided us during the design and construction process, he accommodated our change orders with graciousness and promptness, some of which were challenging, to say the least, and several were enhanced by suggestions from him. The pandemic colored the house building experience for us, especially at the outset of the process, but though those were very challenging times for all businesses and all professionals, Jeff was a steady, calming influence, and the house was completed within weeks of the time it was estimated to be completed to our great satisfaction with no supply chain or labor delays. There was never a communication from us in any form to which Jeff did not respond quickly and thoroughly, and that responsiveness was another factor that made the Florida house construction experience a pleasure as opposed to some of the horror stories we've heard about from others who did not have the good fortune to have someone like Jeff.

Jeff Joseph is a consummate experienced professional. We brought Jeff our long list of specification and design requirements and he designed the perfect house for us. During our design phase, it took many hours of on going communication to fine tune so many aspects relative to designing and then implementing that design properly. We have completed our third project with Jeff, two residential and one commercial, not including another commercial project for which his firm did the design work, but the property owner decided at the last minute not to sell us the property. In every case, the design work and follow-through was superb, and I would highly recommend their work.

Being a former General Contractor I have worked with a lot of Architects with big egos but after meeting Jeff I can not say enough nice things about him. We started working with Jeff over a year ago. He listened to what we wanted and came up with a beautiful design for our inside and outside. He was very thorough about details down to the plumbing. If we ran into problems he would offer solutions. We get compliments all the time on how it looks. What impressed me the most was how timely and responsive Jeff was. My husband and I hired Jeff to create the plans for our new custom home. We were having a difficult time--with only a rough floor plan and no idea what we wanted the exterior to look like. We knew that we wanted a very modern home, which is not common in our area. Jeff was extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient. He took our rough floor plan and really gave us a vision of our home that was better than we ever expected. It was very clear that he knew all of the ins and outs--from permitting, to code, to engineering. It is terrifying to put everything you've saved in someone else's hands, but Jeff was there with us every step of the way. Building will never be a perfectly smooth process, but if anything came up, Jeff was always available to work with us or the on site crews. His professionalism was very apparent right from the start. All calls and questions were immediately answered. Any of those times that we may have changed our mind about a space, Jeff was there to rework and plan with us. We felt that Jeff was just as invested our home being a success as we were, which made us feel much less stressed by the entire process. Now that we are in our home, we have hired Jeff to help us design a detached garage and other exterior spaces. We have complete confidence in Jeff, to once again help us plan and create another perfectly designed space. Initially, I was worried about building our home in phases, but Jeff has shown us that he is beyond capable of designing anything we throw at him.

We worked with Jeff from project conceptualization to completion, and can't speak highly enough of his work. He completely transformed the appearance of our house. Even a year later we still have people stopping to take photographs! We Retained Jeffrey K. Joseph to design a 1,000 square foot florida room extension to our home in Heritage Isle, Viera, Florida. This space was designed with a roof that covered approximately 80% of the addition. Naturally the roof was integrated into out existing structure. Today you cannot tell where the old and new roof meet. Further the existing Lania of about 100 Square foot had to be integrated with the addition. Jeffrey came up with many great ideas for our summer kitchen, fountain, living and dining area. Today we live in this space everyday. We entertain a lot and everyone is so pleased to be in a true Florida room that combines inside space and outside space. The entire addition is screened in. Most afternoons there is a pleasant breeze that we enjoy. Even on a rainy day we can stay outside without our furniture getting wet. On the coldest days we enjoy our fire pit. We have shown our house to many in the community who also sought to make a similar addition. We are very proud of the design by Jeffery Joseph.

Jeff designed an addition for our home and did an incredible job ensuring the addition was a continuation of our existing home. He was detail oriented, knowledgable and attentive to our requests. He was creative with our space and put our family's needs into his planning. He was personable and professional which is something you want when having anything done to your home.
