Jesse Campbell Designs

This is the second house Jesse designs for my family. Marvelous job on both of them. He was able to adjust and fulfill all of our wishes into our very own dream home. Our lot had a considerable amount of slope, but he did an exceptional job in using it to our advantage and maximize our square footage. Excellent communication throughout the development phases. COVID made every meeting by zoom, but that did not stop Jesse from going through every single detail until both parties had an understanding. Jesse is kind, creative, and very patient. My family and I are beyond grateful for this one-of-a-kind design he worked for us.

We bought land and spent months reviewing house plans online until we met with Jesse. He saw our site plan and immediately said “I have a plan that fits perfectly on your acre”. It was a much bigger house than we planned on having, at 4900 sq feet. We fell in love immediately and now can’t vision our hone in anything else but this. There is not anyone who doesn’t fall in love with our home with a mixture of cedar beams, brick/stone, high ceilings, a wrap around balcony and a huge 2 story porch that gives us beautiful views both day and night. The moment we met Jesse we knew we had found our designer and if I had to do it again he would be the only one I would chose to help design our dream home.

We sent our vague design ideas to Jesse expecting to be disappointed in what is sent back to us. My wife and I never seem to get what we want when it comes to design and style. We were shocked how much we loved Jesse's first draft. We did not want a thing changed. Unfortunately our HOA demanded some changes. Lots of them. After countless fights with a HOA that demanded certain changes, Jesse continued to impress us with how he interpreted the look we were going for while still meeting the demands of the HOA. Jesse went through probably a dozen revisions before we could build. My wife and I eventually knew whatever he sent us was going to look good and be well thought out. We never had to ask him for changes. In fact, he usually opened our eyes to how things COULD look. We have now started on the build of our dreams thanks to Jesse.

Having worked closely with Jessie on a second master suite design project, I can honestly say he is exceptional with regard to both technical architectural design skill and creative use of space. Our project required ingenuity and creativity with regard to the technical aspects, such as plumbing and wall reconfiguration; along with an artistic eye that would allow for balance, beauty and an unexpected eclectic edge consistent with the overall tone and decor of the home. Jesse excels in terms of customer service, and was both patient and diligent in providing multiple options for consideration and revision. We are so eager to see his design come to life!

He listened and took all of our notes, ideas and dreams and efficiently designed a home for us that was practical while maximizing the square footage where it matters to us!! We highly recommend Jesse Campbell for ANY home design needs. We used Mr. Campbell to design our new retirement home. In a designer we look for 3 things: 1. A designer who takes the time to listen to our needs, likes and dislikes. 2. Someone who works closely with the builder so there are no surprises. 3. Someone who can design a home that truly captures our style. Mr. Campbell handily met our criteria and then exceeded our expectations by designing a home for us that is by far the best home we have had built. This is our third home we have had built and we were sure we knew what we wanted and needed. Mr. Campbell made sure our home had visual appeal with use of arches and one of my favorite suggestions of his...a groin ceiling in the foyer. He made sure the HVAC system was located so we could not hear it. In our master bath shower he placed the faucets where we could turn on the shower and not get wet while waiting on water to warm. There is no wasted space in our home, lots of natural light, and more importantly from the very first moment we stepped in our house...we were HOME! Without reservation we highly recommend Jesse Campbell!!!!!

Jesse is wonderful and very personable! He helped design a home that united the interests of my husband and I, which are quite different. He is very attentive and responds to all my texts and emails in a timely manner. We can't wait for our custom home to be built and to see Jesse's vision come to life!
