Established in 2008, JF Designs has developed into a multifaceted company providing quality design services in both Residential and Commercial construction. With 15 + years of construction experience, a completion of the Design & Drafting Technology program from Thompson Rivers University, and 11 years working under seasoned Architects, Owner / Operator, Josh Fleishauer is able to take his clients’ dreams and turn them into reality. We are extremely passionate about what we do and take as much pride in your project as you do. Josh designed a beautiful, detached shop/garage 24 x 36 with a loft for us. He had a few constraints to work with including challenging terrain and grade, plus the design requirements for matching the house design, tandem garage style, post and beam, deck, natural light requirements and delivered a stylish and practical drawing for us to build from. He is extremely professional and talented. A very good listener in understanding the clients’ needs and delivering back ideas to meet expectations. It was a process and took a couple of iterations due to our changes, yet Josh was patient and very thorough in his design. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend his services. Thank you Josh: )
