My husband and I decided to select Lev Designs to gut and renovate my kitchen. Having gone through the renovation of other areas of my home, we know what a process that can be. Having no kitchen would be upsetting; I love to cook and for me the kitchen is truly the heart of the home. Lev Designs team made the whole process less stressful. Everything they did from start to finish was handled professionally which put me at ease. The whole team was excellent. I love my kitchen and I can’t wait to show it off. I cannot say enough about Vadim and his support team. We had been unsuccessful in obtaining permits for our project and was advised by the County to hire a designer/architect and engineer to do our plans. The LEV team did an amazing job in putting together our plans quickly and worked with their resources to get an Engineer to review and sign off on the plans and obtain a new Title 24 report. The LEV team was able to resolve the problems we had with the County and the Fire Department so we could finally get our permits. They are quick in responding to your calls or requests for information and are good about providing information so you can understand what is going on in the process. Again, I cannot say how amazing they were and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help!!

Hire Lev design to draw up blue prints for kitchen remodel and remove load baring wall to open up the space with my dining area. Vadim and his crew did and amazing job from start to finish. I appreciate the email updates and communication. If your looking for a firm that can get it done for you all in one with no hassle, I would hire Lev design.
