Would not recommend! Very poor oversight of the project. Hiring and working with Monterey was one of the most stressful situations I’ve had to date.

We built our dream home with Monterey Construction and it was one of the best decisions we ever made. Their entire staff was incredibly knowledgeable as they guided us through the custom build process. Their attention to detail and integrity is second to none. We could not be happier with the final product and would definitely recommend them to build your home.

We are so glad we chose Monterey Construction to build our new home. Once we made our final decision and signed with Monterey, we immediately felt at ease and became more like family than clients. Chris, Nick, and the rest of the Monterey staff could not have been more professional, accommodating or kind. The building quality and attention to detail exceeded our highest expectations. We were included and informed every step of the way, and never felt left in the dark, which created a stress-free building experience. Monterey’s customer care did not end the day we moved in. We have now lived in our Monterey home just under 90 days. As with any new construction, kinks and adjustments will arise. Without question or delay, Monterey responded to our needs and made sure each issue was resolved to our complete satisfaction. We absolutely love our new home and could not be more pleased with the overall building experience.
