OE is a nightmare to work with and a warning to anyone who lives beside their build. They have poorly thought-out designs that they have to undo and reconstruct, which takes much extra time, dirt and noise, and they trespass and damage the neighbour’s property without repair.

Being an aesthetic plastic surgeon, I am extremely detail-oriented. When I visited a OE design house last Fall, I fell in love with it at the first sight. Omid and his team create only the most exquisite floor plans, ceiling and staircase plans and details in Toronto. The craftsmanship and detailings are outstanding; wall and trim reveals, stairways, ceiling details, etc. We love our open spaces, the tremendous amount of light our 3 floors are getting, the high-ceilings, the quality marble and onyx chosen and all the amenities that came with the house. The details are extraordinary. And beyond everything, the after-purchase customer service has also been commendable! Omid and team are well known and respected in the neighbourhood for their love of architecture and well-built projects. Kudo OE design!

Initially, I saw properties in the Avenue road area that were built by OE Design & Build and I was instantly an enthusiast of the brand. I invested with Omid and OE Design & Build on a custom home project which was very profitable. I was very pleased to work with Omid as the process was seamless.
