I have been a builder/developer for over 35 years and have built approx. 800 homes. I have worked with Arron on a number of projects and find him to be very talented. He understands very quickly what I am trying to do and is very responsive. He also makes some very good suggestions for my consideration instead of simply doing what I might say. I have been working with a bunch of different people and companies to help bring my insane building project to life and Aaron from Turning Point Design is definitely the best person I've worked with during this whole process. I created a crazy camera-shaped house to create into an Airbnb and needed someone to make it into actual building plans to give to my general contractor. Aaron listened to my every want and need and even invited me to his home office to go over everything in person to make sure he understood what I wanted fully and he made sure to include everything exactly the way I wanted in the plans. He also came up with amazing ideas to add which he offered to me and we ended up incorporating quite a few of them because they were amazing. His response time was incredible, he was one of the easiest people to work with, and he went above and beyond especially in the end when I had a bunch of changes I wanted to make. 10/10 amazing designs, 10/10 customer service, 10/10 pricing, and a 10/10 person to work with. Will definitely be using him again in the future.
