I've struggled for years to make my home feel just right. Finally, I decided it was time to start fresh and completely transform the space instead of trying to work with what I had. That’s when Zamar Design came to the rescue. As a former interior decorator, it was such a relief to collaborate with someone who truly understands this world.

From start to finish, Luis was nothing but professional, efficient, creative, and incredibly patient. We gave him the challenging task of designing our dream home after a house fire. It needed to fit 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths for our growing family—all on a fairly average-sized lot. Luis made what seemed impossible a reality, and he even managed to leave us with a generously sized backyard! At first, Luis presented a design of his own that was very well thought out, but it didn’t quite match the vision we had in mind. He had no trouble adapting to our ideas and was incredibly patient as we worked through adjustments together. In the end, he created a stunning floor plan with a seamless flow, and the exterior design completely blew us away. It felt like he could see directly into our minds and bring our dream to life. Luis has been such a pleasure to work with. I found out about Zamar Design Consultants after seeing my neighbor's exterior renderings. We reached out to Luis for a meeting about renderings and in the end- decided we would end our relationship w/ our prior architect and have Luis not only do our renderings, but also our blueprints. It was the best decision we could have made. Luis started on our plans immediately. He understood our vision and was so patient and willing to make any changes we needed. He advised and provided different options when we decided to reduce square footage. The quality of his work is top-tier. He worked w/ our budget and produced exceptional work. Our plans came out so great that even our lender asked for his contact information for his personal build. I can't say enough about the patience he had when we worked on our renderings. Always listening to our ideas, allowing time for me to go through all my notes, and going the extra mile to get it right. I was even able to reach out to him months after we were done when I decided to change my kitchen (July 2024). I highly recommend Luis. We hope to work w/ him again if/when we expand on our property.

My wife and I had an excellent experience with zamar designs. Luis was our designer and he took the time to actually make our dreams a reality with our home. He also added a lot of details we had missed that would have cost us way more to include during the building process. We have had our home for 2 years and still love every bit of it.
