Boulder Creek Stone

I called out to Builder Creek Stone and spoke to Scott the president is the company. I needed stone stone for 3 Pillars. He said I needed 3 boxes of corners and 2 boxes of straight pieces per Pillar. We completed the job and Scott miscalculated the job. We have 3 boxes of straights and corners. Tried to reach out to Scott, he said he did not miscalculate. He told us what we needed . He would not take back his product and their are no returns after the order he disclosed this. Be careful of this company when ordering.

After one winter the veneer fell off their "Ohio Rubble" stone product and the underlying brick deteriorated into sand. The product is inferior and cannot withstand cold weather. I do not recommend. Cust. support said this is salt damage, however based on the location of the damage, this is not salt related and is completely freeze thaw related. The veneer popped right off in the inferior spots, exposing the brick, which crumbled like the most poorly made brick ever.

Professional; Easy to work with; good results on a marble island top. I am using then again for a new marble countertop on Kitchen peninsula and sink area.
