“I was recommended to Brazilian Direct by friends who had purchased this product about 12 years ago. They have an absolutely beautiful custom home and their floors are fabulous, so we had already decided if we ever renovated another house, we wanted the same type of teak flooring. We do not live very far from the owner of this business, and he was very accommodating and wanted to make sure we had good service. He is very specific about how these floors should be installed, and we ended up using an installer that he recommended (who was a super nice guy and did a great job per my general contractor, Old Woods Properties out of Green Lane, PA). I have to say that there was VERY little waste with this product and these installers, and we ended up with enough wood to do an additional small room, so following our general contractors recommendation, we decided to purchase a few more boxes and now our renovation has hardwood flooring throughout.”

“I ordered RowlCrown through Home Depot back in January and had just ordered the profile and not the base not knowing that I had to. Tracy from RowlCrown called me directly and let me know that I had to order the base as well. I've never gotten a call like that before and it really meant a lot to me. If she had not taken the time to call me and let me know that I need the base as well I would have received just the profile and corners and I would have been very disappointed that I would have had to wait to order the second part, but since she did I had everything I needed. It arrived very quickly too, I like when there is no hesitation in shipping. I put up the RowlCrown in just a few hours without having to worry about cutting angled corners (which where quite few for the room I did). Honestly the simplicity of installation can't be understated and not having to use power tools was a plus. The surface has somewhat of a matte finish, it's not glossy so it doesn't look cheap, the finish is really finished, no need to paint or anything. Once it's up it's done. If I have to run more cables in the future it won't be any problem at all, taking off the front part and putting it back on is very easy. I was looking to run speakers wires for 7.1 system as well as Ethernet. I was a little worried it wouldn't be enough room behind it, but when I received it I realized just how much room there was. With 7 speaker wires and 1 Ethernet cable I had only taken up half the capacity.”
