“I had nothing but great experiences hiring Old World Roofing. My turn-of-the-century house had many layers of roofing over the original 110 year old shake. The Old World crew labored far longer than they expected to have to, and adjusted on the fly when the project needed upgrades without complaint. The result was the best looking roof in the neighborhood, done right, with a cutting-edge venting system that meant fewer roof intrusions and a clean look that was the first of its type in the area. They have an outstanding relationship with Owens Corning, have many, many items in stock, and even carry a large supply of out-of-manufacture stock that allows them to do repairs on roofs that others would only replace, saving customers money. I also had them do seamless gutters, and the quality was outstanding. I'd highly recommend using Old World Roofing.”

“Sean Smyth is detail-oriented and a true master at his craft. He helped us renovate our 1968 original home with wainscoting, crown molding, floor trim, banisters, casing windows, installing kitchen cabinets and new interior and exterior doors, building bookshelves and even designing and putting in our coffered ceiling! During later phases, he built a window seat in our attic and updated our balcony and exterior posts. In our basement, Sean built a bookshelf that was a secret entry to our storage room, and installed nana doors to our home gym. This past year, he converted a twin-over-twin bunk bed into a twin-over-queen. No matter how big or small a project, Sean is always meticulous and budget-conscious. He is an absolute pleasure with which to work and we recommend him to all our real estate clients without hesitation.”
