DIY Decor Store

I purchased Aspect mini subway tiles for an RV project from DIY Decor Store online. The product was good quality, but the customer service of DIY Decor Store is a disaster. From the first contact (live chat which did not respond) service was extremely poor. My email question about shipping cost for samples was unanswered but I ordered $128 worth anyway. Less than 24 hours later I received an email promo code for 10 percent off “your first order,” good for just 36 hours. My request that the offer be honored was rejected with little explanation. My follow-up response was ignored. After receiving our tiles, we discovered one package was opened and some of the tiles partially cut! DIY did send a new package, but it delayed our project. Poor experience all the way around.

Nice product with a not so nice company. I purchased this product to do my backsplash. the panel behind my stove is warping and the company is dancing around the issue. This product is designed and advertised to do backslpashes. Do not waste money on this product. Tin is cheaper and will last forever. I am still fighting with this company about their false advertising. More reviews to come for sure.

I was worried about the install since I have no construction background. The install was easy for a non professional. It looks clean and great.

UPDATE !!!! Received an email from Jennifer Owen of this company. She had taken cause of my review on this website, concerned over the poor rating. She diligently sought to make it right wanting to know what went wrong, and what she can to do to fix it. Prior to Ms Owen contacting me, my customer had me take it all down to install a different grid system and I had to eat the costs. Ms. Owen offered a refund to which her cust serv team sent an email indicating same. Although it was an upsetting experience at first, I can say I was impressed that this company did do the right thing and very quickly. Thanks to Ms. Owen I will use them again. Took over a month to get it. I called after 2 weeks they said it was backordered. This was not indicated on their website. After getting the shipment and INSTALLING the panels to the ceiling as I removed the protective film it was then revealed that 2 of the panels were not the same, MAJOR disappointment with this company. Should have went through lowes.. they have the exact same stuff. Never again, buyer beware. Sean

Easy to install, looks amazing. Would highly recommend. I got the cracked copper and love it. Easy instructions, easy weekend project under $300 for average size kitchen

We decided to do a miniature kitchen retrofit including the backsplash. Our current backsplash had been painted drywall. After looking at "Backsplashideas.com we decided that it was possible to tile the drywall with these 1/8" thick tiles. The conventional method of tiling would have required cutting out the existing drywall replacing it with a masonry backer board for both stability and tile thickness. The only preparation required aside from washing the wall was a coat of oil based primer. The tile materials purchased are extremely easy to work with. We used the construction adhesive as well as the peel and stick to assure best adhesion to the wall We purchased the "Brushed Stainless". The matching finish outlet cover peel and stick material is a waste of money. You will do better with "Christmas wrapping paper". We ended up buying new stainless steel outlet covers that cost less than the peel and stick material. This is a highly cost effective method of modernizing the "look" of your backsplash, especially if you are not married to the idea of ceramic tile. I would definitely recommend to others.

The Fasade backsplash I purchased was just awesome. It was easy to apply. After contacting the dealer, and following their instructions, if went very smooth. The transformation of my 1950's home was spectacular. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants the look of the metal backsplash, but does not want the hassle or time it takes to do. Very expensive look, without the very expensive cost.

When my local home improvement center said it would be 4 weeks and cost extra to deliver an ACP HG Grid Hanging Ceiling system, I found YourCeiling.com and was able to get it in 2 days with no delivery charge and for a few dollars cheaper. Received the delivery when expected and in good condition. Would definitely order from them again.

I purchased faux tin tiles for a back splash in a home we were flipping. The kitchen walls were a real mess. There had been both drywall and paneling behind the cabinets. All the cabinets had to be removed and that created an additional mess. I ordered 'smoked pewter' initially and while it is a beautiful tile, it was much too brown for the look we were trying to achieve. I returned those for a full credit with no hassle at all. I then ordered 'pewter'. It was perfect for our kitchen. This was probably one of the best purchases we made in this reno. We were able to glue it in place completely hiding the wall imperfections. It is easy to cut - scissors or knife. We did purchase the channels for the edges and corner and got a great finished look. I will definitely use this product again. Cost is reasonable; easy to install; lots of choices in design and colors; received in 2-3 days; excellent customer service. And it really is a beautiful product.

wonderful easy to use website with accurate pictures. Ordering was easy and I was made aware of delivery timing right away. The ceiling arrived when promised and was as I expected.

I have been on wait list for the product I ordered. The first one was incorrect on my part. It was shipped and arrived very quickly. Still waiting for the current order. Still waiting anxiously since I think it will be the crowning glory for the Art Deco room. Ps it has arrived and installed the next day. Looks great and is the crowning glory for the room.
