Elite Crete Systems

The ENHANCED Reflector floor was recommended to us by our concrete contractor for a large garage/lounge renovation. It was gorgeous when applied, but after only a few months several surface flaws, "dry spots", and scratches started to appear. To date I have not been able to get a response from Elite Crete or our contractor... and I'm not sure if was an issue with the application or the base material. Let the finger pointing begin. In any case I have a $10K floor that already needs serious work. I'll update this review if/when corrective action is taken.

I just built a new house with a 1,200 garage. I was excited to get the garage just right with an epoxy floor. I hired the contractor that installed the concrete floor. He recommended Elite Crete. Almost immediately the floor was getting scratched. I called the contractor who got me in touch with Ed (Elite Crete company representative). Ed was condescending and when he finally figured out that the floor had not been in for 30 days, he stated that it needed to cure for 30 days and that is why it is scratching. 45 days after the floor was installed I called Ed back to let him know that they floor was still being scratched by items like plastic wheels from a kids toy. Ed stated that the silica that was put in the floor to prevent slipping is what was causing the scratches. I asked him to send me something that stated the silica would scratch the floor or void the warranty. I never heard back from him. I called and e-mailed the company multiple times requesting information on their warranty. I have yet to receive a call back. The floor continues to scratch almost on a daily bases from simple items like a plastic cooler. I assume that within a year or so I will have to replace it as it will look terrible. I now have a $7,000 floor that looks worse that a $500 Home Depot floor. I am incredibly disappointed at the quality of the floor and the lack of customer service from the company. I would not recommend Elite Crete.

Great products and customer support. I have used these products for over seven years. We have tried other products over this period but did not find any products on the market that performed as well as Elite Crete Systems.
