Heather Knudtson- Lowe's at Bashford Manor

All I can say is WOW!!!! What a professional. It was my pleasant surprise to find such a qualified individual at a "Big Box" store. Her knowledge of types of cabinets, tile, paint and counter tops went a long way during the design phase. She worked very closely with the contractor to insure that all facets of this project came together. Her innovative ideas such as using 7/16 OSB Board painted white as a temporary counter top while waiting for the granite was a stroke of genus. I had a small party and everyone thought they were the newest thing in counters! Lol I almost canceled the granite. I tell everybody she's my angel in disguise. I would highly recommend Heather and have done so.

I LOVE Heather at the Bashford Manor Lowe's. She is so helpful when I was redoing my kitchen counter tops. She showed me different options to get the right look I was going for. This is the second project I have worked with Heather on and both times she is great. She answers my endless email questions in a timely and professional manor. I was able to get a better counter top than I expected on my budget due to her having not issues generating a quote for different styles and materials.
