Ran across Log Homes of America at a Log home show back in 2008 and had them on our list to build our log home at retirement. Over the next 5 years narrowed our list just to them. We really like the idea of in house design and the close relationship with the general contractor we hired. Jeremy and the staff at LHM are the best. We really love our log home.

Our beautiful log home was completed in Oct., 2011. Joel and Nicole Robinson of Log Homes of America helped us design our home and then built it to perfection. It has received a First Place award by the North Carolina Home Builder's Assoc. Their combined knowledge of log home building is incredible. They were always very easy to work with, addressed any questions quickly and are very fair and honest in every aspect. After our home was completed there continued to be great follow-up to any questions or concerns.

Seven years ago my wife and I purchased a beautiful lot in Tennessee in hopes of building our dream retirement home there one day. Five years later we went to a Log and Timber home show and talked with several log cabin providers. There we met a representative from Log Homes of America and were so impressed with his knowledge of cabins, the different types of construction, wood and terrain and his understanding of our needs that we immediately developed a friendship with him that would later develop into more than a simple seller/buyer relationship. One year later, after changing the floor plans several times, changing window configurations and even dealing with weather issues our dream home was finally a reality. Our builder continuously commented on the quality of the logs. Log Homes of America accommodated all of our needs, answered all of our questions quickly, made every change we required stress free, always made suggestions to better our needs and even changed their delivery method when we had road closures. After closing we were glad to have our rep come over for lunch at the cabin and thanked him for making what could have been a stressful time, a more pleasant and enjoyable experience. There are many log cabin providers on the market, but Log Homes of America made us feel like we were special and part of a larger family, who were always there for us.

I hired Nichole and Joel with Log Homes, to Design and Build my "dream timber log home" in the mountains in Valle Crucis NC. It was a wonderful project, and a great experience from beginning to end. The house turned out exactly how we wanted it to be. It was a great experience. I highly recommend Logs America, for their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and ability to bring my project in on time, and on the pre-determined budget.

Log Homes of America was the best choice we made in building our new home. They were consistently responsive, professional and helpful in every way. They made the whole process a pleasure and they have continued to be there for us. Nicole really went above and beyond our expectations and helped us to build the home of our dreams and stay within our budget and she was hands on with every step, making sure each detail met her tough scrutiny in a timely fashion.

Logs of America built our home in 2005 and we're very happy with the results even after several years of living in the house. From our initial contact to move-in we found Logs of America to be very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and easy to work with. The craftsmanship in our log home was beyond our expectations (which were quite high). The end result was the beautiful home we always dreamed of. Logs of America brought the project in exactly on budget and on schedule. We would build another home with them.

Everything was explained clearly about the product and the process and no question on our part was ever considered too silly or too complicated to answer thoroughly. We watched the construction closely and felt we were partners in the building of our dream home. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others, and in fact, we have many times. Everyone who sees our home for the first time wants to know who built it, because the workmanship is spectacular. For us, it's a dream come true.
