While Lux has a good product - the entire buying process is extremely cumbersome for residential builders. They use distributors who aren't versed in their product and it shows. It took about 4 weeks to get a PO issued, and 2 weeks later still no communication on when the product will arrive. If Lux can figure out their operational issues - they got a lot of things working for them. Until then - expect days without communication or having to be proactive in follow up.

Beautiful and realistic looking, quality product. Definitely lasts longer than the competition available and install is strait forward easy. 10/10 would recommend. Our results look fantastic.
